Olde Farmstead - Columbus, OH

I was very disappointed when I went to return some minature lights I purchased a few days ago. I plugged them in and they did not work. I had purchased two other boxes and they worked fine. I went back today to exchange them and was told they would not do that. They wouldn't give me my money back either. They said that was their policy. I read the policy and at no time did it mention the lighting. I love the merchandise in this store and I'm a regular customer. This was my first time I have ever had a need to return anything. Sadly it will be my last time in that store. I shop stores that stand behind their products! A store where customers come first. There are too many other country stores that would Love to have my business and loyalty. People that patronize this store beware.

If you buy something at this store, don't try to come back 9 months later, with no receipt, and nothing indicating you ever even bought something at this store, while trying to get a refund.
